Q: I don't see my discount. Why isn't it applied?
A: Discounts get applied after you have assigned a Curler Profile to the league or item. As many of our discounts change with the age of the Curler, this is the easiest way to assure you receive the correct discount.
Q: Why did my total jump so much after I applied a profile?
A: The first league that you purchase each season will apply our Membership, Curling Canada, and CurlBC fees at the checkout once you have applied a curler profile. These are only charged once and are mandatory for all members. Any discounts that you may be entitled to are applied automatically.
Q: I'm a Lifetime Member. How do I get my discount?
A: Under the Products tab, there is a registration button for you. Once you have included that, your discount will be automatically applied.
Q: I don't want to pay online. Is there an option to pay through a different method?
A: Yes, you can go through the registration process, then click Cash/Cheque at the end. You can then contact us to pay through your preferred method.
Q: I'm on a low, monthly fixed income. Can you take recurring payments?
A: Come visit us at the facility during office hours, and we can find a solution for your situation.
